Best AI RFP software, honestly segmented
There is no single best platform in this category — there is a best platform for your shape of team. Published pricing where it exists, independent buyer data where it doesn't.
The market splits into two generations
Generation 1 — response management platforms (Responsive, Loopio, Qvidian, RFP360) — were built 2010–2018 as content libraries with workflow around them. AI was added later, often as a priced add-on. They are genuinely strong at governance and reporting, with cost structures that reflect their origin: per-seat licensing, professional-services implementation, and a content library that somebody has to curate for a living.
Generation 2 — AI-native platforms (MyFAQ, AutoRFP.ai, Arphie, Inventive AI, Conveyor, AutogenAI, Tenderbolt, RFP.ai and others) — are built so the AI is the product: the knowledge base organises itself on ingestion, answers arrive cited and confidence-scored, and review is a queue rather than a project.
